Arabella Wellness Center Launches Campaign To Expand Women’s Wellness Services Across North Texas
Arabella Wellness Center Inc., a women-led and veteran-founded nonprofit, has officially launched a powerful new campaign aimed at expanding access to trauma-informed wellness services for women throughout North Texas and beyond. With a strong focus on women veterans, educators, healthcare workers, and caregivers, the initiative seeks to support individuals who are often navigating high-stress careers, caregiving roles, and systemic barriers to personalized care. The campaign underscores Arabella’s commitment to holistic and culturally responsive wellness tailored to meet women where they are—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Rooted in compassion and innovation, Arabella’s care model offers an integrative approach that includes trauma-informed mental health support, restorative movement such as yoga and breathwork, oral health education, and nutritional guidance based on intuitive eating and body positivity. These services are delivered virtually, breaking down geographical and logistical barriers for women living in rural, underserved, or high-demand environments. This virtual model also ensures accessibility for those balancing work, caregiving, or limited mobility.
“Our vision is to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strengthened,” said Dr. Natesha Smith-Isabell, U.S. Army veteran, CEO, and co-founder of Arabella Wellness Center. “We’re building a system of care that doesn’t ask women to choose between their well-being and their responsibilities. Women should never have to sacrifice their health for their roles as caregivers, professionals, or community leaders.”
The campaign aims to address a critical need: nearly one in four women in the U.S. skip or delay healthcare due to cost, and Texas has the highest number of uninsured women in the nation. Women veterans, in particular, are twice as likely to suffer from trauma-related mental health issues, often without access to understanding and appropriate civilian care. Meanwhile, educators, healthcare workers, and family caregivers are experiencing record-high levels of stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue, further underscoring the urgent demand for specialized, affordable wellness services.
Funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward providing subsidized care for women who otherwise could not afford these services. Additionally, the campaign will support the development of wellness workshops, community outreach programs, and ongoing program evaluation to ensure quality and effectiveness. With this initiative, Arabella Wellness Center continues to lead the charge in redefining women’s wellness, transforming how care is accessed and delivered across communities.
