March 8 is celebrated as International Women’s Day every year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today took to Twitter and said, “Our Government will keep working to further women empowerment.”

Taking to Twitter, the prime minister said, “We greatly cherish the role of women in India’s progress. Our government will keep working to further women empowerment.”
He added the hashtag ‘Nari Shakti For New India’ to his post.
