In a trailblazing move toward inclusivity and recognition, Roy Mediative, in collaboration with NCN, Mobility India, and Imaging Solution, marked a historic milestone by hosting the 1st Indian ICT Women Leadership Summit & Awards 2025. The event took place on International Women’s Day and was a powerful celebration of resilience, innovation, and leadership with a vibrant community of women reshaping India’s ICT landscape.
This was a landmark summit with 50 of the most impactful women entrepreneurs and leaders whose accomplishments and guidance, are responsible for forming the future of technology and enterprise. Their journeys are a source of motivation for so many groups and people across the country. Whether it is leading strategic change in enterprises or launching disruptive tech start-ups, each honoree has made a mark on the industry and made life-changing impact in so many people’s lives, today and in the future.
One of the main highlights of the event was the launch of the “Indian ICT Women Leadership Coffee Table Book 2025,” the first of its kind focusing on a few of the most well-known journeys of women in ICT in India. While this book symbolizes a tribute, it is so much more than that. It portrays the strength, spirit, innovation and grit women possess in India’s digital revolution.
Attending the event were the chief guests, including Sri Praveen Khandelwal, MP & National Secretary General, CAIT, New Delhi and Smt. Shikha Rai (MLA, Greater Kailash & Advocate, Supreme Court) demonstrating the importance of gender empowerment in technology & governance.
