Exiger Customer Success Leader Edona Kurtolli Named 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum Award Recipient

Exiger, the AI partner for supply chain and procurement automation, announced that Enterprise Customer Success Director Edona Kurtolli has been named a recipient of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum Award in the Trailblazer category. The recognition highlights Kurtolli’s leadership in customer success, her role in helping organizations address complex supply chain challenges, and her contributions to advancing the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across the industry.

This marks Kurtolli’s second Women in Supply Chain Forum Award. She was previously recognized in the Rising Stars category in 2024, underscoring her continued impact and leadership within the supply chain community.

At Exiger, Kurtolli works closely with customers to help organizations maximize the value of AI-driven solutions across supply chain, readiness, trade compliance and procurement. Her customer-focused approach helps bridge the gap between emerging technology and real-world business needs, ensuring that customer experiences and feedback play a meaningful role in the continued development of Exiger’s platform.

“Exiger’s pace of innovation depends on a continuous feedback loop between our product teams and our users putting AI into practice,” said Erika Peters, Head of Customer Success, Strategic Accounts. “Edona has been instrumental in creating that connection, helping customers maximize their ROI while ensuring their experience informs the next generation of our platform.”

Kurtolli’s leadership reflects a broader shift in the supply chain industry, where organizations are increasingly turning to AI and automation to improve visibility, strengthen resilience and make more informed decisions. As companies navigate increasingly complex global supply networks, customer success has become an important component of ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.

“Customer success is a strategic function at Exiger because our customers rely on us to solve their toughest supply chain, readiness, trade compliance, and procurement challenges,” said Kurtolli. “Every engagement is an opportunity to help organizations realize greater value from cutting-edge AI. I’m honored to receive this recognition alongside so many women who are helping advance supply chains through innovation, partnership, and leadership.”

Through her work with customers, Kurtolli helps organizations identify opportunities to apply AI in ways that address specific operational challenges. Her role involves not only supporting customers in using Exiger’s technology, but also helping ensure that insights from those engagements inform the company’s ongoing innovation. This two-way relationship enables Exiger to better understand evolving customer requirements while helping customers adapt to new capabilities and technologies.

The Women in Supply Chain Forum Award recognizes female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples help create a foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain network. The award is presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, publications focused on the global supply chain and the movement of products through complex supply networks.

The award program also highlights the growing influence of women across the supply chain profession, recognizing leaders who are contributing to innovation, workforce development, diversity, technology adoption and operational excellence. Kurtolli’s recognition in the Trailblazer category reflects her work at the intersection of customer success, technology and supply chain transformation.

“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate the achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” said Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum.

Mayer also noted the strong participation in this year’s award program, with more than 300 submissions received. The 2026 group of honorees represents women making an impact across the supply chain industry and demonstrates the breadth of leadership and innovation taking place across the profession.

For Exiger, Kurtolli’s recognition further reflects the company’s commitment to combining AI innovation with customer expertise. As organizations increasingly seek technology that can help them navigate supply chain risk, procurement complexity and regulatory requirements, the ability to translate technology into practical outcomes remains critical.

Kurtolli’s second Women in Supply Chain Forum Award recognizes that contribution while highlighting the importance of customer-centered leadership in an increasingly technology-driven supply chain environment. Her continued work with customers demonstrates how collaboration, innovation and practical application of AI can help organizations create greater value from their technology investments while supporting the evolution of the supply chain profession.
