After training and overseeing stylists and barbers working in Players, Merritt wanted to get more involved in the industry as Miami became one of the top cities for fashion and beauty.
Taking a year to work in product marketing, she wanted nothing more than focus on makeup. With the launch of Alluring Faces Studio in 2005, Lisa compiled her decade of experience, networking skills, and determination to create a space all layers of beauty reside. Especially during the growing age of media, the industry has quickly turned into a multidimensional business with more to the concept than just colors and brushes.
