CBSE Topper Lauds UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for Women Empowerment
Lucknow: Diya Namdev, a class 10 student, who topped the CBSE examinations nationally, applauded chief minister Yogi Adityanath on his model on safety and security of women in the state. Diya said the Yogi model of women empowerment and making them self-reliant is spectacular.
Diya said there was a time when daughters were afraid to leave the house after sunset, but with the Yogi government in power, there is no such fear.
Hailing from Maniharan locality in Shamli district, Diya on Monday sought blessings of the CM. She was accompanied by her mother Babita, father Pushpendra, a cook (prepares food in weddings and other functions) and school principal Ashu Tyagi.
During the meeting, the CM congratulated Diya for her excellent results in the board exam and encouraged her to face challenges in future with firm determination. Diya apprised the CM that she aspires to pursue engineering and has already started her preparations in this direction.
Diya also appreciated the Yogi government’s policies towards improving the education system in the state. Impressed with the CM, Diya said, meeting him (CM) is no less than a dream turning into reality. He is a role model for innumerable youth, she said. The CM assured Diya of all support needed to realise her dreams.
