Somany Ceramics Honours Women Architects on International Women’s Day
Somany Ceramics, a pioneer in the tile industry, organized an exclusive event honouring the Women architects on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2024. The event aimed to recognize and honour the significant contributions of women in Indian
architecture under the theme “Saluting Women in Indian Architecture”. Around 30 women architects were honoured at this event, showcasing the company’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
The event commenced with a guided walk-through of Somany’s products at its Company showroom, providing the architects with an opportunity to explore the latest innovations and trends in the tile industry. Following the walk-through, the attendees gathered for a fireside chat over a cup of coffee. During the chat, participants engaged in discussions centred on topics related to their experiences, challenges, and achievements as women architects in India.
